This is my mad love of food. I started this as a low carb/low sugar blog, but there was more I wanted to share. So, some of the items may be on the healthy side, but there are some things life's just to short to pass. I try to keep things as natural and close to real food as possible. Fresh Salsa
Fresh Salsa
from Lynsy Nagle
4 Roma tomatoes, chunked
1/4 onion, chunked
1/2 - 1 Serrano pepper, trimmed
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp tomato bouillon
Salt & pepper to taste
Blend well in food processor.
It's pink at first but gradually turns red and it rests.
