Add a egg and cheese (optional) to anything: peas (the kids' favorite), broccoli (my favorite), asparagus, avocado, peppers & onions (Mom's favorite), taco meat, steak, salmon, chicken...

This is my mad love of food. I started this as a low carb/low sugar blog, but there was more I wanted to share. So, some of the items may be on the healthy side, but there are some things life's just to short to pass. I try to keep things as natural and close to real food as possible.
