This is my mad love of food. I started this as a low carb/low sugar blog, but there was more I wanted to share. So, some of the items may be on the healthy side, but there are some things life's just to short to pass. I try to keep things as natural and close to real food as possible. Turkey Sausage
Turkey is really dry because its so lean, so I did drizzle a little olive oil to juice it up and help sear/brown it for flavor.
